BLINC Liquid Eyeliner Pen Black is an innovative water resistant, no-smudge eyeliner.

Easy to apply, Blinc eyeliner forms a water-resistant layer of colour that contours to your eye and does not fade, smudge, run or flake, even if you cry or rub your eyes.

Ideal for those with sensitive eyes, contact lens wearers, and active people.

Water, Ammonium Acrylates Copolymer, Butylene Glycol, Carbon Black (CI 77266) Laureth-21, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Phenoxyethanol Ethylparaben.

Application:
Apply to clean and dry skin. Start from the outer edge of your lash line rather than the inner edge. Gently pull the lid towards your ear to get the most even application. Draw a thin line evenly along the upper lid getting as close to the lashes as possible. Within 1 minute, apply additional layers of colour to thicken the line.

Removal:
Only the combination of lots of warm water and gentle pressure, from your fingertips, a washcloth or water pressure (i.e. shower), will slide the "layer of colour" effortlessly off your skin into your hand.
