Blinc Lash Primer delivers a powerful foundation of volume and length for both lashes and brows. Enriched with Vitamin E, Glycerin, and Growth Promotion Peptides, it works to nourish, condition, and strengthen hair while enhancing overall performance.

The primer’s white base helps to intensify the look of coloured mascaras. Users can layer on as many coats as needed, waiting 30 seconds between applications to achieve customised volume and definition. Follow with mascara for a dramatic finish, or leave the primer on for added conditioning benefits.

Removal is simple, requiring only warm water for a gentle and effective clean.

For treatment benefits: Apply one or two coats before going to bed or applying mascara.

For eyelash enhancement: Apply one coat and let it set for 30 seconds. Keep applying coats until the desired lash volume, length and separation is achieved, always allowing 30 seconds in between coats. You may then apply your mascara.
