With damp hands, apply a small amount of Exfoliating Cleanser to dry skin. Gently massage using circular motions for one minute. Cleanse thoroughly, rinse and pat dry. After cleansing, saturate a cotton pad with Pre-treatment Toner and smooth over face and neck. May be used AM and PM.
