AbsoluteSkin places the highest priority on the health and safety of our customers, team members and community.


Rest assured, we have implemented strict hygiene and social distancing measures in our workplace and follow guidelines provided by the Australian government and NSW Health Department.

Our Skincare Centre in Brookvale is closed for instore order collection and for customer purchases. All products stocked in the Skincare Centre are available to order online.

 

Dispatch:

 

We are still dispatching orders as promptly as we can but there could be a delay if we are out of stock of a product. We are reliant on receiving our stock from Australian distributors, many of whom import into Australia and there are currently delays on inbound goods. Many businesses are also running on reduced staff numbers and the need to social distance impacts the stock turnaround. Please be assured that we will dispatch your order as soon as we can.


Deliveries:

 

Australia Post are still delivering but due to the high increase in parcel volume there may be a delay in you receiving your order. To minimise the risk of spreading coronavirus, all parcels – whether collection from a post office or delivery to a residence, no longer require a signature. Someone will need to be present at the residence otherwise standard procedures apply. The courier will record your name and lodge it in the system however to avoid contact, the parcel will be left at your door.
