COVID-19 Delivery Delays:

Our carrier Australia Post is currently experiencing delivery delays due COVID-19 restrictions and a high volume of parcels in the network. Please be aware that this may result in a delivery delay on your order Australia wide. Please bear with us and know we are doing everything in our power to get your products to you as soon as we can. We’d like to thank you very much for your patience and understanding.

Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible. However due to the ever-changing situation, international delivery delays may occur in all destination countries.

We dispatch all orders promptly; either the same day (for orders placed before 2pm AEST) or the next business day (for orders placed after 2pm AEST) provided all products for your order are in stock.

Same Day Delivery Sydney Metro

Orders over $50 placed by 12pm Monday to Friday.

AbsoluteSkin has partnered with Australia Post.

To calculate the number of days you could expect to receive your parcel, please use the Australia Post Delivery Times Tracking Tool which provides a delivery estimate for both Standard and Express Post. Use postcode 2100 in the "from" field.

A signature upon delivery will be required unless otherwise indicated by you for the parcel to be left in a secure location. If you supply a business address please ensure you include the business name in the address field.

 

Same Day Sydney Metro Delivery:

  • Orders need to be placed before 12pm AEST.
  • All parcels must have an Authority to Leave if no one is home to receive the parcel.
  • There is no same day delivery service on Public Holidays and Weekends.
  • In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of an item, we will promptly notify you.


Standard Delivery:

  • Your order will be sent with Australia Post eParcel. This is a trackable service and you will be sent tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Express Delivery:

  • Express orders are sent with Australia Post. Next day delivery applies only if you reside within the Australia Post Express Network. Please view the following link to see if your location falls within this delivery network: Express Network. Express orders not within the next day delivery network will get to you in the quickest time possible.
  • There is a 2kg maximum weight restriction for Express Delivery.

 

Instore Pick-up:

  • We offer an in-store pick up service whereby you can collect your order from our Skin Centre in Brookvale. There is no charge for this service. We will call you when you order is ready to be collected. Our opening hours are from 9am-3pm Monday to Wednesday and 9am-2:30pm Thursday and Friday.

 


Authority to leave without a signature: You can authorise for your parcel to be delivered without a signature. AbsoluteSkin and the courier companies will NOT be held liable for parcels that are lost (due to incorrect delivery address supplied, stolen or damaged at the delivery address).

Dispatch: Orders are dispatched promptly provided we have all the items on your order in stock. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the nest business day. If we experience any delays in processing your order, we will let you know. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide correct address details when you place your order. Parcels that are returned to us due to an incorrect address on the order, will incur a delivery charge to be resent.


International Orders:

 

International Orders are shipped with Australia Post Pack & Track - this is a trackable service and requires a signature on delivery.
