We dispatch all orders promptly; either the same day (for orders placed before 2pm AEST) or the next business day (for orders placed after 2pm AEST) provided all products for your order are in stock.

Same Day Delivery - Orders placed by 12pm Monday to Friday.

$20 only available to certain postcodes within Sydney Metro and Sydney North. Please click here to see if your delivery postcode falls within the service area. 

AbsoluteSkin has partnered with Australia Post. A signature upon delivery will be required unless otherwise indicated by you for the parcel to be left in a secure location. If you supply a business address please ensure you include the business name in the address field.


* Standard Delivery:
Your order will be sent with Australia Post eParcel. This is a trackable service and you will be sent tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
 
** Express Delivery:

Express orders are sent with Australia Post. Next day delivery applies only if you reside within the Australia Post Express Network. Please view the following link to see if your location falls within this delivery network: Express network. Express orders not within the next day delivery network will get to you in the quickest time possible.

There is a 2kg maximum weight restriction for Express Delivery.

 

Authority to leave without a signature:

You can authorise for your parcel to be delivered without a signature. AbsoluteSkin and the courier companies will NOT be held liable for parcels that are lost (due to incorrect delivery address supplied, stolen or damaged at the delivery address.

Dispatch:

Orders are dispatched promptly provided we have all the items on your order in stock. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the nest business day. If we experience any delays in processing your order, we will let you know. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide correct address details when you place your order. Parcels that are returned to us due to an incorrect address on the order, will incur a delivery charge to be resent.

Instore pickup:

We offer an instore pick up service whereby you can collect your order from our Skin Centre in Brookvale. There is no charge for this service. We will call you when you order is ready to be collected. Our opening hours are from 9am-4pm Monday to Wednesday and 9am-3pm Thursday and Friday.



International Orders:

International Orders are shipped with either Australia Post or DHL Express. You will have the option to choose your preferred service at checkout.

 

Australia Post Pack & Track - trackable and requires a signature on delivery. This is a slower service than Express.

DHL Express - trackable and requires a signature on delivery. 

 

Estimated delivery times:

New Zealand: 3-5 business days

Asia Pacific: 5-12 business days

Western Europe: 5-12 business days

North America & Middle East: 7-12 business days

Rest of the World: 8-14 business days

The delivery times do not include the time the parcel may be held at customs. All customs charges (if they apply) are the responsibility of the customer.


We do not ship Dermalogica Internationally.
