1. Squeeze approx one teaspoon of product onto your hand and then warm the product between your fingers.
2. Apply to your skin and massage it until it disappears.
3. Apply liberally and evenly at least 20 minutes prior to sun exposure.
4. Apply according to the Cancer Council's recommendations for face, neck and ears. They recommend at least a teaspoon.
5. Reapply every 1 - 2 hours and don’t forget to reapply more often, every 40 minutes, after swimming, exercising, excessive perspiring and towel drying.
