To apply Ardell Naked Lashes 423, first check the fit by aligning the lash band with your natural lash line and trim any excess length if needed. Then, apply a thin line of lash adhesive along the band, allow it to become tacky for about 30 seconds, and secure the lash by pressing it onto your natural lash line, particularly at the corners.
