To use Ardell Wispies™ 4D Building Mascara, start by applying it from the base of your lashes to the tips, wiggling the wand slightly to separate and coat each lash. You can also apply a light coat after wearing false lashes to blend them seamlessly with your natural lashes for a flawless, cohesive finish.
