The Ordinary Lactic Acid 10%

I recently discovered this range and thought I would give it a try. I have mature, dry skin and find lactic acid to be a gentle exfoliating alternative to glycolic which can be harsh. My experience with this serum exceeded my expectations. After a few PM applications, I woke to see clear, smooth, uniform skin. The product mentions it is a concentrated formula and it is, even I noticed I could only tolerate using this serum every second night despite my skin being acclimatised to lactic acid. I recommend using this serum at night only and with the moisturiser from The Ordinary skincare range. If you are a first time user go slowly with this serum, do not use it during the day and use a 50+ sunscreen. After a week you will see improved skin with regard to wrinkle depth, tone and a reduction in pore size and pigmentation. Would I buy this product again? Indeed I would, I also found it beneficial in controlling breakouts and acne scars.
