Eye of Horus Brow Define adds colour and shape with precise definition.  

The twist up applicator has a slimline pointed tip to contour and fill in colour with easy control for perfect brows. The reverse ended brush shapes and grooms brows.

Eye of Horus Brow Define will not smudge and is waterproof.

Care Tips: To protect the wax elements in the Brow products, avoid heat or sun. Ensure the cap is on tight. As the pencil is very thin, only twist up a small amount as required.

Fill in brows with the Brow Define Pencil using thin, hair like strokes. Blend colour and groom brows with comb. For a more dramatic brow follow with Brow Fibre Extend.
