DR. JART Ceramidin Skin Barrier Serum Toner is a slightly viscous, deeply moisturising Korean facial toner that contains Ceramide NP and Panthenol. These ingredients work together to repair and enhance skin barrier, provide relief to flaky, damaged skin and alleviates inflammation with a calming finish. In addition, the serum-like texture wraps around the skin well to form a moisture barrier, increase moisture retention and even out rough patches.

After cleansing, apply the serum toner directly onto your face using your hands or by sweeping a cotton pad. You can also soak a few cotton pads in the toner, then leave it on your skin for 10-15 minutes like a mask.
