caprylic/capric triglyceride, coco-caprylate, limnanthes alba (meadowfoam) seed oil, argania spinosa (argan) kernel oil, parfum (fragrance), hydrogenated rapeseed oil, hydrogenated palm oil, brassica campestris/aleurites fordi oil copolymer, pca glyceryl oleate, cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, crambe abyssinica seed oil, simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil, oleyl alcohol, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, squalane, phytosterols

1) Rub 1-2 pumps of oil between palms
2) Apply to damp, focusing on the mids and ends
