Shake pen before use. Sweep along lash line, and use the tip of the pen to create a thin precise line. For a thick, bolder look, position pen at an angle and sweep along lash line. Continuously sweep over line to increase colour's vibrancy. Store vertically, with cap down for best performance. For cosmetic purposes only.
