Slide two fingers under the ribbon until your fingertips line up close to the pointed edge. Press the puff into your setting powder, picking up the desired amount before tapping off any excess. Press gently across your complexion or focus only on oily areas. If you are baking apply a concentrated amount of setting powder and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then lightly brush away any excess. Gentle hand wash using mild soap. Allow to air dry.
