Directions
Mix 20 g (2 heaped tablespoons) into a smoothie or shake. It best to add it to your favourite kind of milk.
For a high-protein dessert, mix 38.5 g (3 to 4 heaped tbsp) with 100ml of your favourite milk & stir well and Supergut will turn into a creamy custard.
