Wet hair thoroughly with warm water. Apply a small amount of Nioxin System 1 Cleanser Shampoo to your scalp and hair. Massage the scalp and hair gently with your fingertips for 1-2 minutes. Rinse hair thoroughly with warm water. Apply a small amount of Nioxin System 1 Scalp Therapy Revitalising Conditioner to your scalp and hair. Massage the scalp and hair gently with your fingertips for 1-2 minutes. Leave the conditioner on for 1-3 minutes. Rinse hair thoroughly with warm water.
