The PAYOT NUE Bi-Phase Makeup Remover for Eyes and Lips is a dual-phase formula designed for gentle yet thorough removal of even waterproof and long-lasting makeup from the most delicate areas of the face. The two phases — an oil phase and a water phase — combine on shaking to dissolve stubborn eye and lip makeup efficiently, without tugging or irritating sensitive skin.

With 99% natural-origin ingredients and a formula free of fragrance and controversial substances, this remover is suitable for sensitive eyes, contact lens wearers and all skin types. Organic orange blossom floral water soothes and hydrates the skin around the eyes and lips, while natural micellar molecules capture and lift residue cleanly. No rinsing required. The bottle is made from 50% recycled plastic.

Shake well before use. Saturate a cotton pad and gently smooth over closed eyelids and lips. Leave for a moment to allow the formula to dissolve makeup, then wipe away. Do not rinse.
