Nice that it's organic

It is nice that the Pure products are organically certified, however for me this shampoo is no better than Ogx argan oil of morocco (one of the other shampoos I like) which is available from the supermarket. Let me explain. I am a 74 year old with what I can only describe as "old lady hair" which has gone dry and fly away. It doesn't help that I live in hot, hot Queensland. I had lovely hair when I was younger. Now my hair is just plain difficult and that is the reason I mostly put it up in a pony tail. It appears it is not the shampoo that makes much difference, it is the way I treat my hair that makes the difference. There is a lot of information on the internet to help with these types of problems so I won't go through it all here. One of the things that works best for me is putting a small amount of coconut oil through my hair to settle it down but too much and it looks greasy so you need to be very careful. It's a matter of experimenting with different ideas to see what suits the individual. I am not prepared to go to a hairdresser on a regular basis which is what a lot of women my age end up doing. They don't seem to do any better job than I can do myself, and it costs money. There are far too many products on the market and it is just plain confusing and costly. I hope this has been helpful to those who are in the same situation.
