Refill instructions 
Press down firmly above the 'P' marker to release the inner plastic pot from the glass jar. Remove and recycle it. Take your new refill and align the lip with the indent on the opposite side to the 'P', then press it firmly into place until it clicks. Peel back the seal on top of the refill and you're good to go. Your glass outer jar and lid are reusable indefinitely.
