The 1KTech molded cone-shaped brush with QuickApply bristles ensures smooth, effortless application.

Using blinc’s innovative tubing technology, the formula forms tiny water-resistant “tubes” around each lash instead of coating them with pigment. These tubes lock onto the lashes and resist smudging, clumping, flaking, or running, even in the presence of sweat, tears, or oily skin. Use blinc mascara Amplified on clean and dry lashes. Brush blinc mascara AMPLIFIED on until you have achieved the desired degree of lash separation, volume and length. You can build on additional volume by applying as many coats as you wish.
