Apply the product twice a day with a quick and gentle massage and wash hands after application. For an intensive action - apply Body Strategist Peel Scrub, then take a hot shower and dry the skin for application of the Thermo Cream. Please note that the intensity of an alternating hot/cold sensation will vary depending on the person. We recommend to test the product on a small patch of skin before full application to test intensity.
